A legacy project decades in the making, Mid-Atlantic is deeply honored to have been selected as minority sponsor and co-contractor.

 

A 66-unit, 16 story new construction consisting of 100% affordable housing in downtown Newark featuring both Arts & community spaces for the residents and community to enjoy.

 

This project was initiated by Amiri Baraka in the 1970’s and is now projected to break ground in the Q4, 2023.
